Apex still running in Steam, even though i already close it

@atharhehe i have the same problem too and reach ea helper but they didnt help if anyone can send ticket to EAC
the only solution for me is to restart too run the game properly

I'm having the same problem too. I have to shut down my computer in order to play other games. This only happen after playing apex, other games won't.
