i have the exact same problem and can't fix it. EA support aren't helping either

Very please to finally see a reply, I wasn't expecting that anytime soon after such a long time.
The problem is I doubt that anyone is working on this issue as it's been there forever for a lot of players and it's unrelated to PC capabilities.
I guess it's enough to have a little, minimal, bit of hope.
That being said, thanks for being a human with a brain by not spitting stuff like "have you tried to reboot your computer ?" or "Have you tried to reinstall the game ?", like most supports do these days. You acknowledged all the steps I've done before and all the hours I've invested into trying to fix this problem before, and for that, thanks, it's refreshing.
EA, pay this guy more.
EDIT: I don't know what's wrong but the season 19 update made it way worst. Which is weird because this bug has always behaved the same. Now it's critical. It used to happen between 5-15 alt-tab, now 1-5 and it's over I have to restart the game. I'm at the point where I need to restart the game between each game or every 2 games. Horrible.
turn on secure boot that might help
