Upon further investigation I have tested this issues with every legend and it the bug only occurs while playing octane. It will let me kick the doors down with every other legend but when I try to with octane it doesn’t allow it and upon spamming the melee button it still crashes my game.
Happend to me as well the last few days but i didnt notive that it only was with octane... Thanks for zhe gelp figuring that out ill play someone ele in the meanwhile...

Seems like this is indeed an issue with Octane, related to his heirloom.
You should be able to kick down doors again if you unequip his heirloom, so that might be a good thing to do until they push a fix.
