Happend to me as well the last few days but i didnt notive that it only was with octane... Thanks for zhe gelp figuring that out ill play someone ele in the meanwhile...

Seems like this is indeed an issue with Octane, related to his heirloom.
You should be able to kick down doors again if you unequip his heirloom, so that might be a good thing to do until they push a fix.
Respawn is investigating this issue:
