Appearing as wrong username

Which part of the map or menu were you in? If you don't remember the exact name, please describe the area or what you were trying to do in the menu. Legends tab. Gibraltar. Banners. Frame.
What were you doing when the issue occurred? E.g. respawning a squad mate at a beacon, using an ability, a squad mate left the game. Was looking at new items.

What happens when the bug occurs? When looking at banner frame someone else’s gamer tag is shown
What should be happening instead? The right name shown
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Let your account time out and return to title screen then log in. Go to legends, pick any legend and go to banners. See if name shown matches account name. Logging out and back in fixed it.

The name that was showing was LGY_Kyle10fps.
I don’t know this person. As I was writing this, the bug happened again.
