Arena Reconnect problem

What were you doing when the issue occurred? E.g. respawning a squad mate at a beacon, using an ability, a squad mate left the game. was in combat

What happens when the bug occurs? a teammate gets removed from the game
What should be happening instead? reconnect should be working properly in Arenas mode
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? not sure, as it happened on different maps and with different team composition.
Sometimes during an Arenas match, a teammate gets kicked out from the game and they can't reconnect. Because of the penalty system, neither of the remainig players can't leave the match without getting a 10-minute suspension from the game and the removed player can't reconnect because for some reason the game does not support it (at least not on PlayStation) in Arenas mode.
Reconnect should be working as intended, just it like it does in Battle Royale mode or the players in the handicaped team should be able to leave the game without getting a penalty.
I can't provide exact details how this issue can be reproduced, as it happened on different maps (Party Crasher, Phase Runner, Thermal Station) with different team composition.
