Ash skin - Unshackled

The unshackled event that came out in Season 12, the Ash "Juice Squeeze" skin from that event that was purchasable is not in the list of skins like it should be with the other unshackled event items.

Edit: I apologize it didn't even release with the event - is there a reason it never came out despite it being in the unshackled event trailer?
