Ash's tactical cooldown have been nerfed without a mention in the S20 patchnotes

With Season 20 Ash received a random nerf to her tactical cooldown that now is 25 seconds instead of 20, there was no mention in the patchnotes about this change, this "bug" just reverts the only buff she received in two years which is very disheartening as an Ash main since her power level is very low by default, please look into it.
