I have logged into my EA account for the first time in 5 years just to reply to this. I have the same issue you do, and have also reinstalled the game completely only to have it persist. Every gunfight I am in the sound becomes extremely disoriented and laggy to the point where it physically hurts me. I really hope Respawn is aware of this audio issue for Xbox and is working on fixing it. The game is so fun, but this bug is very detrimental to my enjoyment sometimes.
