Same issue here.
Exact issue for me too but ever since season patch. Haven’t been able to have one solid game since.
It it ran fine before patch and I’m around lvl 130
Oh and to note I play aswell on my pc and it runs fine
It's frustrating that no acknowledgement has been made that this bug is a thing. I have now given up trying to play this game and moved back to pubg which given this bug actually runs better believe it or not!
