Shot Caller Badge says win a game as jumpmaster, I've done it at least 3 times with Gibraltar and it's still locked.

I was definitely jumpmaster for this game, and I won the game, achievement didn't unlock.
There are plenty of times I won the game as kill leader, badge doesn't arrive.
