I queue'd up with 1 of my buddy's. So we got 1 random on the team. We ended up winning the game, on my first game as Caustic. I got the "winning" kill. So.. Games played: 1 Winning kills: 1 Wins with full squad: 0

How severe is your issue? Little to no impact to gameplay
What happens when the bug occurs? I am unable to equip my earned badge.
What should be happening instead? Being able to equip my earned badge
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Look at my match replay and then notice the badge I should have earned is still locked.
By watching the match replay the match started around 6:00 pm on the date started above, you will find I had three full squad wipes but still have yet to receive my expected badge for earning three full squad wipes.
