Banned Apex After Account Hacked

What were you doing when the issue occurred? E.g. respawning a squad mate at a beacon, using an ability, a squad mate left the game. I had not played Apex for almost a year logged back in a few days ago to a ban

I recently had my account compromised even my google accounts also someone got into my account changed my name date of birth everything I literally seen it happening before my eyes then I seen a chat between EA help and someone called Luis trying to change my email and details I saved the transcript I cannot believe someone from EA allowed this guy to even change my details with minimal info anyways I have since changed my passwords and I have not played Apex in over a year and a few days ago I fancied a game I’m almost level 500 been playing for years I have never cheated in my life so I booted Apex up to be to my surprise I was banned my FIFA was also logged out and someone had been on that too luckily someone from EA helped me with this but with this matter I can’t seem to get on live chat to sort this issue out I cannot believe I have been wrongfully banned permanently I’m shocked and feel kinda lost because no one is helping they just declined my ban appeal it’s EAs fault not mine can someone call me to talk about this I feel ill be able to chat and explain this.
