Beeping or Buzzing Noises Randomly

What happens when the bug occurs? Random buzzing noise that persists through out the match. It seems to be caused by the electrical buzzing noises in places and it just keeps buzzing. It's not my headset and tons of people are having this issue
What should be happening instead? No sound
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Just run around with a headset and listen.

This is the most annoying bug I've faced so far. The buzzing and crackling noise happens every game and nothing fixes it. It's not the headset or the tv because as soon as I hit the home button it stops. And it doesn't happen in the main menu of Apex. Just in game.
