Community ManagerHey I just wanted to say that I am experiencing this same issue on Playstation 4 pro.
- During every game and all areas of the map.
- This has been happening from day one, and with any legend I decide to play.
- Sometimes it is a latent beeping but sometimes it evolves to a static, extremely abrasive screeching. It is so bad I have to take off my headphones.
- I have tried creating a chat party outside of the game instead and it doesn't matter if party or gamechat is prioritized. The same thing happens without a PS4 party.
- Thought it might be my headset but have used the stock ps4 analog earpiece, then the sound comes from TV speakers.
- I've also tested a secondary headset, as well as using them on other games and there is no issue outside of Apex.
- This is literally game breaking for me, the sound is beyond annoying and borderline torturous. I hate to be histrionic here but just thinking about that screeching sound makes me shutter. Because of this I have no desire to play the game until there is a resolution.
Please assist for a fix as soon as possible.
