Where did the issue occur? In a match
Which part of the map or menu were you in? If you don't remember the exact name, please describe the area or what you were trying to do in the menu. In the menu, trying to look at squad mates' banners.
What were you doing when the issue occurred? E.g. respawning a squad mate at a beacon, using an ability, a squad mate left the game. I was on the dropship, and wanted to see what my squad mates banners looked like.
Did your squad mates also experience the issue? I don't know
How many matches had you played in a row before the issue occurred? This happens every 10 or so matches.

What happens when the bug occurs? When I try and view my squad mates' banners, sometimes they are not visible, or they appear with whited-out badges and their information invisible. This was an issue before when I wanted to mute a toxic teammate, but couldn't because their banner was invisible.
What should be happening instead? I should be able to see all my squad mates' banners.
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? All I do is join a match and 10% of the time, this issue occurs. Also, I have V-Sync disabled.

If you right-click on the game in Origin and select repair as well as reboot your network (unplug the modem/router for 5 minutes) does that help populate them for you? This could be connectivity related where there is a delay with the information being transmitted, or packet loss.
If you run a UO Trace it can highlight whether there is packet loss. Thanks for notifying us and keep this post updated if you can.

Hello! I just tried doing this, and nothing worked. I have run the UO trace tool and saved the results in a text file, should I attach it to this thread? Or send the file some other way?

same issue black rectangle on banner. sometime games crashes ( this started happen after bloodhound old ways update) and sometime audio bug and then game crash. this issue was never happened to me before this update.
(tried repair game everything). Nvidia card latest drivers (445.75)
It's not a connection problem - but it could be, since EA use terrible internet hops for their servers. Like Amsterdam have had packet loss for the last 3 years, due to AMS3 is the worst damn hob in europe....
I have the same issue on ps4. I assume it to be a privacy setting thing for the player whose banner isn't showing since usually they are the same ones who the invite tab after the match doesn't show up. It's really annoying because sometimes those players are the ones who decide to spam ping banners or whatever making it hard to hear enemy footsteps and when you try mute them or their pings you are just completely unable to. seriously annoying
I could see my own banner and all of my teammates but not their legends and It is wuite annoying I don’t know weather it’s because of the new update but it has been really slow eversence and I can’t ping for some reason
