If you right-click on the game in Origin and select repair as well as reboot your network (unplug the modem/router for 5 minutes) does that help populate them for you? This could be connectivity related where there is a delay with the information being transmitted, or packet loss.
If you run a UO Trace it can highlight whether there is packet loss. Thanks for notifying us and keep this post updated if you can.

Hello! I just tried doing this, and nothing worked. I have run the UO trace tool and saved the results in a text file, should I attach it to this thread? Or send the file some other way?

I have the same issue.
Players missing from banners/your squad/champion squad has been a long-time bug and is certainly server-side since.
Grayed out banners appeared in the current event aswell as pitch black banners in the match score (kills, damage, revives etc) screen. I haven't tried repairing my client but my friends are experiencing the same kind of problems. Not that it has any impact on gameplay, but still.- 6 years ago
u can fix this by resetting ur graphics back to default and if u want lower graphics for fps then make sure the anti_aliasing is on TSSA mode it should fix the problem
