Thanks for voicing ur issues as well. A few people on reddit also have this issue with the same GPU as yourself and I'm guessing they will fix this with the next GPU driver update. In regards to your specific GPU, I count at least 3 other people two of which voiced their issues on this specific post.

2022/08/09. Major Apex update and still crashing. 0x887A0006.

    @ramon555555yup! i got this 0x887a0006 dxgi_error_device_hung right now... i had this bug already 2weeks... I have Radeon RX 570  too

    @EA_Atic yes. i tried everything. I try repair files/REinstall game. nothing help. this started when the patch came on July 25th.

    You ever figure it out, i’m still crashing after the apex update tried everything except uninstalling drivers.
