Bloodhound’s Apex Hunter and Winter’s Bane Finisher Collision

I understand this was the first prestige skin and, as such, had certain decisions made around it on launch. However, having just unlocked the Winter’s Bane Heirloom, being unable to equip the Fury of the Gods finisher with the Apex Hunter Prestige skin is quite irritating. Given that other prestige skins can have any finisher equipped, it would make sense to revisit the decisions behind the Apex Hunter Prestige skin to allow for similar functionality. 

also, not sure why, but the bug report form seems to be totally broken right now and only gives the option to fill in this text box on a working form, while not allowing submits on a full form so I have attached screenshots of the filled out form

    @skaterwiz102 So in other words, you wish to use the finisher given by the Bloodhound Heirloom Recolor, but due to using the Bloodhound Prestige skin at level 3, its forcing you to use the Prestige skin's finisher instead.

    @Midnight9746 That’s correct, yes. Or more specifically, I wish to be able to swap finishers to whichever I please at any particular point in time while the BH Prestige Tier 3 skin is equipped, the one I desire being the BH Heirloom recolor’s presently.
