Bloodhound banner frame kicks you out of match.

Product: Apex Legends
Platform:Sony Playstation 4

What is your gamertag/PSN ID/EA Account name? MaulzFC
Please provide your squad mates' gamertag/PSN ID/EA Account name if possible. xtmanx43
Are you using any software with an overlay? No
Which Legend were you playing (if applicable)? octane
Which Legends were your squad mates using (if applicable)? Bloodhound, Wraith
Where did the issue occur? In a match
Which part of the map or menu were you in? If you don't remember the exact name, please describe the area or what you were trying to do in the menu. Skull Town Arenas
What were you doing when the issue occurred? E.g. respawning a squad mate at a beacon, using an ability, a squad mate left the game. every time you die, go to the squad tab, click on your teammate bloodhound's profile that has the specified frame, etc.
Did your squad mates also experience the issue? Yes
How many matches had you played in a row before the issue occurred? 4-ish?
When did this happen? (dd.mm.yy hh:mm) 6/29/21
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
How severe is your issue? Major impacts to gameplay
What happens when the bug occurs? , When the "Frag Out' banner for Bloodhound is loaded. everybody on the team gets sent back to the main menu. in Battle Royale. In Arenas, your team and the enemy gets sent back to the main menu and this happens about 20 times a match. If you click on somebody's profile with the specified banner frame, your game crashes in the lobby and you get sent back to the main menu. It's also good to mention that when you do get to see the banner, the textures fail and the banner pose doesn't play either. The error states "sh-pak-requests.gnut #339 [CLIENT] Tried to unload a pak file that isn't loaded. Pak status PAK_STATUS_INVALID_PAKHANDLE
What should be happening instead? the game shouldn't crash when it loads.
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Equip the "Frag Out" Bloodhound Banner frame.

    @brennanlyo74 This is being tracked now, and for now we'll ask folks to disable this banner, on both BH and Rampart if you have it on both

    Every time I use bloodhound game crashes either looking at cosmetics or booting into game or even reconnecting after crash in game it will crash randomly

    Also, I hninstalled and reinstalled twice and made sure ps4 updates are installed

    @Captn_Skar Hi, your thread got merged into this one, the Frag Out banner frame is currently bugged, and you should use a different one until we can get this patched.

    everytime i try to play bloodhound or go to legends and try to change anything with bloodhound game freezes and get an error
