Same thing happened to me. I died in his ult and when I I respawned everything was black and white and it sidnt revert until I used the ult again.
Can confirm this has happened to me several times, including being respawned by a bloodhound in his ult, my screen was Noir with no benefit of colored objects in beast of the hunt, but as I was not bloodhound I could not activate the ult to revert to color.
