Bloodhound causing ps4 crash

What happens when the bug occurs? The game freezes on a solid frame and then i close the app a few minutes later because my squad mates say i disconnected but i can still hear them in the playstation party when i close the app the game crashes and i have to hard reset my ps4. My squadmate red-anthill3 picked bloodhound and the same thing happened.
What should be happening instead? I should be able to play lol.
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? i don't understand coding or anything but when i try and jump off the dropship as bloodhound the game just freezes i had just bought the royal guard outfit and tried to use it but my squad mate who replicated the bug didn't wear the skin so it may be bloodhound in general. Maybe his animations are not functioning properly
I don't know how i'm supposed to take a picture of my game freezing but please take my word for it. I wanna know if this is my playstation dying or if it's just a bloodhound bug. been playing caustic all day.
