Bloodhound Passive Ability Bug

Product: Apex Legends
Platform:PC

Which Legend were you playing (if applicable)? Bloodhound
Which Legends were your squad mates using (if applicable)?
Where did the issue occur? In a match
Which part of the map or menu were you in? If you don't remember the exact name, please describe the area or what you were trying to do in the menu. Anywhere on the map. Trying to check the passive clue age
What were you doing when the issue occurred? E.g. respawning a squad mate at a beacon, using an ability, a squad mate left the game. Not sure
Did your squad mates also experience the issue? No
How many matches had you played in a row before the issue occurred? 0
When did this happen? (dd.mm.yy hh:mm)
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
How severe is your issue? Minor impact to gameplay
What happens when the bug occurs? While playing Bloodhound, the clues you get from your passive ability only show the icon. The text that should acompany the icons (ie empty shells, severe bleeding...) does not appear, only the icons
What should be happening instead? The passive should show the icons as well as the text and the time
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? I do not know.

I found a bug while playing Bloodhound. I only started playing this game a day or two ago and I did not realise it was supposed to work this way. His passive shows clues from enemies and those clues should show icons as well as text that describe what happend and how long ago it happend, however this does not happen. I was playing with a friend and he told he should have some text and show the age of the clue but for me it only shows the icon. Screenshots provided are from a YouTube video to show how it's supposed to work and what I see while playing Bloodhound.

Edit:Noticed that when I look at clues they disappear leading me to belive that the game is falling to process or render the clue because the game is supposed to make the clue pop out, get a bit bigger and display the age/time of the clue

Update: While playing the game looking for a solution to the problem I went down and while down I looked at a clue and it started working all of the sudden when in the same game before it was bugged

Update2: After the bug went away, I played another game and it was bugged again

    Yeah ive got the same problem too. also if you didnt notice that the passive should also be 90 seconds now but they havent fixed that. i was watching shroud playing bloodhound and his tracks were fine. no clue whats up with it and there not going to fix it. they havent looked at my post.

    @rolliejn glad to hear i'm not the only one with this problem. Any idea of a temporary fix? Hopefully they look into it and fix it soon.

    For the text to come back I don't know. I'm in game right now changing all my settings to see if there was something they changed and didn't say in the patch notes. but no luck at the moment. i tried a repair and a reinstall of the game and that also didnt work. it may be the new legends ability (crypto) but i have no clue what it could be

    @rolliejnr i tried all that too to no results. some people mentioned the subtitles setting but it doesnt make that much sense to me. I tried it anyways and it did nothing. Reset all my settings to default too and even checked the origin settings.

    Yea I tried subtitles too but that was for people talking or gun noises in the game. right now I'm trying to go to a different data center. ill let you know if that works. 🙂 Thanks for replying btw. Hope you have a great rest of your day

    @rolliejnr Update to the situation: I watched a video to analyze how its supposed to work and notitced when you look at a clue the clue kinda like pops out, gets slightly bigger and gives the time and all that. What happens to me is that sometimes when I look at clues they disappear leading me to belive that the game is falling to process or render the clue.

    I have gone from the London servers to the Belgium GCE 1 server and that doesn't affect the tracks in any way. ill try other servers soon but other than that I have no idea. maybe there may be a setting for an auto.exe file but I wouldn't know what to put into it.

    @Tofanil that happens to me too. When I aim in the clue disappears or just when I look at the clue it doesn't do the pop-out thing. my friend was talking about that the data may not be the same as the server-side and it's not sinking up to where the clues are placed on the ground.

    @rolliejnr I tried that as well and still no results. I'll keep trying other stuff and try to find a solution
