I had this problem as well when I died during ult. Only difference for me though is when I got back alive and I ulted again and let it run out the color came back. I'm on ps4 pro.

Happened again after update and during Deja-loot event.

This is the 4th time and happens 100% of times.

I am playing on a different pc since I started this post
