Are you talking about it from enemies turning from a corner from behind you? It only detects enemies in a 90 degree angle in your FOV while using the ability. It also has a limit of how far it will detect, so they could've been outside of that range, and just came into the range of it (after you used the ability).
- @AnticCarnival77 it does detect enemies on floors above/below you.
- @AnticCarnival77 They were most definitely inside the scan view and it was within the 90 degree FOV, but I’ve picked up enemies from behind me and above me.
