What happens when the bug occurs? [BOT ROYALE ONLY]-- Unable to loot from most deathboxes or Black Market; items selected for transfer to inventory from deathboxes are temporarily transferred, then returned to the deathbox from which they were taken (~.5 secs from one to the other and back). Items are sometimes rearranged in the deathbox, but not transferred to the players inventory as intended. Separately, Skirmisher legends are frequently unable to scan Care Packages, therefore not receiving Evo or other benefits (i.e. Pathfinder's ult passive). Scan animation plays, but scan fails to complete (revealing weapon, granting evo, Pathfinder ult charge, etc.), and continues to loop after a second or two.
What should be happening instead? Items selected for transfer from deathboxes from player inventory should be transferred when selected and not returned to deathbox. Skirmisher legends' Care Package scans should complete and activate all effects related to that action.
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Enter Bot Royale mode, select Legend, enter match, land. Find bot, shoot bot, attempt to loot items from deathbox. It is to be noted that this bug occurs in all matches but on ~90% of deathboxes therein. Additionally, enter Bot Royale mode, select Skirmisher Legend, enter match, land, wait for Care Package spawn, attempt to scan Care Package. Again, this has happened in all my Bot Royale matches, but ~80% of the Care Packages therein are affected.
In Bot Royale matches, a bug occurs that causes items looted from deathboxes to not be looted when selected. They disappear from the deathbox briefly, then reappear, sometimes in a slightly different inventory position in the deathbox. This happens with ammo, survival items, heals, hop-ups, and weapons. This bug makes it significantly more difficult to maintain ammo and heal levels in these matches, as well as to loot upgrades like backpacks and hop-ups.
The other bug is slightly less obtrusive; it frequently makes Care Packages fail to scan and loop the scan animation repeatedly. Package can still be opened and looted as per normal.
