Bought the neon nails reskin for apex but it disappeared

Same here. That glitch with the charmes can be repeated every time if you scroll through the list too fast or for too long. Ive customized all guns and charms only for the glitch to kick me out and I come back to all that progress lost. Now its happened again but this time it was right after buying the reskin and trying to put a charm on it. I have the little red dot next to the gun suggesting I have a new skin but it is nowhere to be found and the legend tokens I used are still spent.
