Bug kicks me out ranked game

What happens when the bug occurs? I get removed from my ranked game to the menu it states Code shoe and reservation times out,
What should be happening instead? Not kicking me out or atleast not giving me rp loss and 10 minutes penalty
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Playing yourself, access my account? Is that possible

This is absolutely ridiculous I get kicked from my ranked game loose my RP and get a 10 minute penalty it happens randomly every 1-2 games I have lost over 200RP because of it, I’ve restarted everything, connected to different servers  and it still does it
