Where did the issue occur? In a match
Which part of the map or menu were you in? If you don't remember the exact name, please describe the area or what you were trying to do in the menu. Kings Canyon, any Explosive Hold
What were you doing when the issue occurred? E.g. respawning a squad mate at a beacon, using an ability, a squad mate left the game. We both placed a grenade into the same slot of an Explosive Hold to open it
Did your squad mates also experience the issue? Yes
How many matches had you played in a row before the issue occurred? Many (We had been playing for probably at least 2 hours)

How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
How severe is your issue? Major impacts to gameplay
What happens when the bug occurs? Immediately we (and I assume everyone on the server) get kicked to the main menu and see "Server Shutting Down - Internal Server Error".
What should be happening instead? The Explosive Hold should open and we should be able to obtain guns/supplies as normal.
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Step 1: Begin match on Kings Canyon with a teammate Step 2: Obtain any grenade for you and your teammate each Step 3: Find any Explosive Hold Step 4: Have you and your teammate insert a grenade into the same door of the Explosive Hold at the same time Step 5: Right at the time the grenade goes off is the same time you should be kicked to the main menu with "Server Shutting Down - Internal Server Error".
Not sure if this is relevant information, but each of the 2 times we experienced this, we get kicked from each other's parties when we go to load back into the lobby. We also had not tried this with inserting grenades into both doors at the same time. So we don't know if that will also cause this issue.
