Bullets go straight through enemies in pc ranked

I don't know why I decided to play ranked on pc again even though I know it's 90% cheaters, but I tried it tonight and bullets go straight through every enemy without doing any damage.   Is this happ...

@AymCTL I see this a lot against console players in my pc lobbies. Bullets will just go through without even registering as hits and its not just 1 but many.
