    Hi @PapaGarf16, 

    This looks like what happens when you live in a location where Apex Packs can't be sold because of local laws. 


    If you don't live in a place like this, then it could be an issue with the location settings on your account. I'd recommend getting in touch with the EA Help team so they can take a look at your account. You can find more information on how to set up a case with them at the EA Help website. If you prefer, you can also speak with them over the Twitter or Facebook instead.

    @rKayVo 

    The main one I can think of is Belgium. I have heard that other places are considering or have already passed similar laws, but I don't know if there's a full list out there.
