Can’t access battlepass, legends or store

Where did the issue occur? In the lobby (waiting area before the match)
Which part of the map or menu were you in? If you don't remember the exact name, please describe the area or what you were trying to do in the menu. Login to the game in the lobby
What were you doing when the issue occurred? E.g. respawning a squad mate at a beacon, using an ability, a squad mate left the game. Loading up the game
Did your squad mates also experience the issue? No
How many matches had you played in a row before the issue occurred? N/A
When did this happen? (dd.mm.yy hh:mm) October 31, 2023 around 3 CST
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
How severe is your issue? Major impacts to gameplay
What happens when the bug occurs? I can’t access my legends the battle pass or the store and my my currency is -9999
What should be happening instead? I should be able to see my skins legends store and battle pass
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Load up a game and see if it happens to you

  • I've been having the same issue since the update. I've seen a lot of posts saying it has to do with unlinking and linking your accounts to EA however this issue was occurring before I did that. I started a case to see if they could do anything about it and haven't gotten to a point of resolution yet but I'll update here if that solves the issue

  • @mortanight unfortunately this bug has been around for about 7 months now. There is a megathread for this bug that you can follow here

    EA will occasionally post updates there. We were told cross progression would fix this issue but I'm worried it's made this worse.

    Did you relink your Xbox account to a different EA account?

    Keep in mind that the progress achieved on your platform account (e.g., Steam, Xbox, PSN, Switch) is stored on your EA account, not on the platform account itself.
    Due to that, relinking your platform account to a different EA account won't bring over game data.
    To recover your lost progress, you must relink your platform account to the EA account it was originally connected to.
