can’t equip weapon skin

What happens when the bug occurs? when i view skins for any gun, the menu says i have several skins unlocked that i dont. the skins i do have are equipped but not unlocked. i cannot change my weapon skins at all. same with weapon charms, it says i have a load that ive never unlocked
What should be happening instead? i should be able to equip skins and only see the skins i have unlocked myself
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? weapons menu, i did nothing out of the ordinary to make this occur
