Can’t play Duos or Trios

What happens when the bug occurs? I can’t queue for pubs (Duos and Trios) I can only queue for the Firing Range, Ranked, and Arenas
What should be happening instead? I should be able to queue for pubs
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Load into the Apex Legends lobby, and see if you can select Duos or Trios

I’m not sure if this is happening to anyone else, but I’ve tried queuing up for pubs, and both Duos and Trios are locked, meaning I can’t select them. I’ve also restarted my application twice, and still no progress. I can only queue up for the Firing Range, Ranked, and Arenas. Also, part of the Thrillseekers event store, and the Summer Splash Sale is having trouble loading in the bundles/skins.
