Can’t ready up after a match

Product: Apex Legends
Platform:Sony Playstation 4

What is your gamertag/PSN ID/EA Account name? Modestas-_-
Please provide your squad mates' gamertag/PSN ID/EA Account name if possible. Cumy_bumy
Are you using any software with an overlay? No
Which Legend were you playing (if applicable)?
Which Legends were your squad mates using (if applicable)?
Where did the issue occur? Returning to the lobby after a match
Which part of the map or menu were you in? If you don't remember the exact name, please describe the area or what you were trying to do in the menu. Main menu trying to ready up
What were you doing when the issue occurred? E.g. respawning a squad mate at a beacon, using an ability, a squad mate left the game. After a match played
Did your squad mates also experience the issue? No
How many matches had you played in a row before the issue occurred? All of the matches
When did this happen? (dd.mm.yy hh:mm) At the beginning of the game season 1
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
How severe is your issue? Major impacts to gameplay
What happens when the bug occurs? If I am just playing on my own after a match I try ready up and it get stuck on connecting to match it doesn’t connect me if I wait to long it kicks my back to the main lobby and I have to press x again if am playing with a friend it says that am ready on my friends screen but not on mine and on my screen it says that he is still in a match when he is not and if he readys up he gets put in a match with out me
What should be happening instead? Letting me ready up after a match
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Not sure

    There are a few things I'd like to try to see if we can help prevent this from happening again in the future. First, would you mind running through some connection troubleshooting to see how that goes? 

    First I'd recommend starting off with the basic connection troubleshooting steps from the EA Help website to see if that makes any difference. If the same issue keeps happening after that check out the PlayStation-specific steps as well. 

    Please let me know how that goes once you've had the chance to give it a try. Thanks!
