Cannot Add device to trusted devices and apex prompts for verification

Device is not added to trusted and EA Verification is required on every restart of the computer.

On the next login i authenticate with the code again, make sure that the tic for trust this device is selected, than press continue and the window appears to be stuck loading, if i close it i can play the game, but the same thing repeats on every restart.
