Cannot deploy heat shield

How severe is your issue? Minor impact to gameplay
What happens when the bug occurs? Since the last update I cannot deploy a heat shield or mobile respawn beacon. In the past,the game would also show which button to press to deploy it. Now this is not shown anymore. If I press the button I used in the past, my legend just inspects their weapon. A heat shield or a respawn beacon cannot be deployed at all. I'm playing lifeline on Nintendo switch.
What should be happening instead? Deploy heat shield or mobile respawn beacon, instead of inspecting weapon
