At the start of season 23 my "play as og legend" challenge was at 4, then more recently its back down to 2 and can't progress further no matter what I do.
Just got the second set of launch royale challenges this week and once again the 'Play as OG legend' challenge is bugged. It hasn't progressed AT ALL for me. Stuck at 0. Hope they fix it 🙄
Im on Nintendo Switch and i am also experiencing the issue with the "8 OG's" challenge for launch royal. I did the 1st one just fine and all the other challenges for the 2nd part of launch royal are working for me except the 2nd "8 OG's" challenge.
It seems the game is glitched into believing that your progress in the same challenge from the first week is counted towards the second week, if you finished the first week challenge of 1 match with the og legends the game is glitched to count it as progress for the second week as well. I just tested it on my brother's account earlier as he hadn't completed the challenge last week and in the match summary screen both popped up.
I don't work in game dev, but I do work in fixing bugs in complex programs. If I was working on this game and working to fix a bug like, this is the type of helpful comment I'd love to see.
Simple looking bugs to players can have complex backend problems. Sometimes it is the bugs that look like they'd take 5 minutes to fix that are the hardest knots to unravel.
