No offense just trying to give my thought and provide some constructive idea. Have they considered about addressing the lack of clear communication on time sensitive issue? Like if they can tell people they are aware of the bug and people can expect a fix by certain time? Pretty realistic considering this is what most live service games are doing. What really causing the stress in the community is not necessarily the bug itself, it’s the lack of an official acknowledgement of it so people don’t know if they can expect a result or it’s not even being fixed.
Just trying to give a feedback on the stress I feel dealing with this type of situation. Might as well explain to you why a lot of people are so exhausted that will eventually project this on other people, which is quite human nature. Best realistic way to resolve is improve on what caused this stress. Which is the lack of clear communication from team of the bug especially the time sensitive one.
