Cannot see team damage in arenas

What happens when the bug occurs? During all Arena gameplay, ranked or not.
What should be happening instead? I should be able to see the damage my teammates are dealing with I use the M key, I cannot
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Get into an arena match and hit the M key to pull up your map. It used to work just fine and I could see everyone's damage, now I just see the map, my team and the opponents but no damage output.

Cannot see team damage in arenas

For whatever reason, I used to be able to see my teammates and my opponent's damage output when clicking "M", which also brought up the map. Now, I see everyone but no damage. This started about 2 months ago. Does anyone have any idea how to toggle it back on? I looked in settings and nada.
