Can't Assign F13-F24 Keys in Keybinds

I rebinded the 4 side buttons of my mouse to F20-F24, it works everywhere fine with no issue exept in Apex Legends where when I try change keybinds to these buttons, nothing happens, like literally nothing it is as if I were not pressing any buttons meaning I can't use these mouse buttons without prior rebinding before each session of Apex and it is tedious.

I am rebinding them as 2 of them do nothing by default and other two are usual MOUSE4 and MOUSE5 buttons that go to previous/next page in browser and many apps and I find it annoying and this high F buttons are safe to use.
