Cant buy apex coins on steam

What happens and the order it happens. This all happens every time I try with one exception, at some point during my trying to get it to work the steam purchase page wouldn't open either but this on...

    I found the failed transaction in my account and opened a support ticket with steam. They updated something on my profile and now I'm able to buy the coins. I don't make too many in game purchases, so it might've been marked suspicious or something.

    Hope you resolve your issue as easy.

    CM edit: As there currently (Feb. 21, 2024) appears to be an issue with buying Apex coins on Steam, I am closing this thread to stop it from being necro'd. The current issue is being discussed here.

@garf1eld007 it let me buy 500 coins and 40k coins once. But now I can't buy 40k anymore. :/

      I had the same issue,

      1. Tried to buy the 11,500 APEX coins
      2. Takes me to Steam
      3. Steam successfully funds my wallet
      4. Try to Authorise the payment of the APEX coins
      5. Nothing Happens.

      After going to Steam to lodge a ticket I can see all my failed attempts to buy the APEX coins.

      So you just need to lodge a ticket with Steam to help this transaction process.

      Like mentioned above there must be a hidden limit to in game purchases until you contact Steam and have that limit removed.

      After this I could authorise and buy the APEX coins successfully.
