That makes no sense. I dont even care about the stupid banner and im willing to buy the bundle anyways because its obviously the skin that I care about but im not allowed to buy it because I already have a banner i dont want, even though Im willing to buy it anyways? It makes no sense. If i want to buy the banner twice to own the skin I feel like I should be able to do that. I dont even want the banner in the first place. Nobody cares about the banner lol
I have the same bug. Usually, bundles just become cheaper when you own one of its items! I shouldn't be prevented from buying just because I got an item in the past!
@EA_DavidAt the very least can you release the skin on its own and give players a chance to buy it who dont already own it? Its kind of an uncool move to flash it in front of our face how we cant buy this cool skin because we already own some dumb banner we never asked for. What exactly is the goal with this? To tick people off? Lol im not trying to be rude I just dont understand. If discounts are so terrible for you because we already own the least cool part of the "bundle" then let me at least have the option to pay full price or to buy the skin full price on its own. I would much rather do that then to be taunted with something cool im not allowed to buy just because I happen to own some crappy banner by pure chance. Please give me the option to buy something I dont own, provide me with a clear path to own something rather than block access because of something so arbitrary.
Saying the banner is a "core item" is nonsense. The skin is the core item. The banner is the wrapping paper that nobody cares aboutThis makes no sense, why not have a secondary option like the bloodhound bundle that allows the skin to be purchased individually? Ive spent hundreds on boxes going for heirlooms so obviously there is a chance that the banner is already obtained....

That is horse crap because I own the golden opportunity skin and I can still buy the black and gold bundle at a discounted price. So please tell me how what you posted makes any sort of sense?

@MoJis_Pitorro In this case they're different bundle types, the Black and Gold bundle doesn't come with bonus packs.
When the bundles have bonus items the "core item" check is in place, though clearly folks don't want items like an inexpensive (60 crafting mats) frame locking them out.

Tried asking for banner to be removed from my account, but that doesn't seem to be an option either
I believe I saw this issue with another bundle in the store recently, and after I logged back on, the bundle became available with a slight discount for owning part of the bundle. I know that is the case for some other bundles as well, but this bundle for Crypto is not working that way because of the banner. If it was the skin that was owned, that would make more sense, because that is what the bundle is highlighting, but for the banner it doesn't make sense.
