What were you doing when the issue occurred? E.g. respawning a squad mate at a beacon, using an ability, a squad mate left the game. Can't crack knuckles when running anymore thats it

What happens when the bug occurs? Can't crack knuckles when running anymore thats it, was able to as far as when seer was released then after that no more
What should be happening instead? i can crack my knuckles/ inspect my non weapon key when running
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? ^^^^ just press 3 or whatever you bind is that takes out hands and press inspect will running it wont work but can still inspect when standing still but thats not helpful when playing really
