Cant get into Apex due to "No servers Found"

Where did the issue occur? In the lobby (waiting area before the match)
Which part of the map or menu were you in? If you don't remember the exact name, please describe the area or what you were trying to do in the menu. I was trying to log into the game but kept getting the no servers found text.
What were you doing when the issue occurred? E.g. respawning a squad mate at a beacon, using an ability, a squad mate left the game. I was trying to log into the main menu.
Did your squad mates also experience the issue? No
How many matches had you played in a row before the issue occurred? I do not recall as This is the first time in a while I have logged or tried to log into the game.

What happens when the bug occurs? I just cannot log into the the main menu of the game at all. I will constantly get the no servers found issue or text. This problem has occurred before but after a few attempts I was able to get in but now i just cannot get in at all.
What should be happening instead? I should have the ability to get into the the games main menu.
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? I do not know how you can fix the bug but i would assume by getting into my account.

No matter what I will always get the "No Servers Found" text when trying to get the the main lobby.
