also having this issue on ps4. issue occurs when in a cross platform party with pc teammates as well.
I am having the same issue on my playstation 4, when in lobby I cannot hear my teammates voice chat audio, they cannot hear my voice chat audio even if I am talking and my mic not muted. My lobby chat options also allow me to open the text chat and type whatever, however when I send it, it is not registered as an input and does not show up in my lobby text chat or my teammates lobby text chat. Once we load into a game, I can hear them in the game loading lobby (where you select characters and lobby/map loads), and I can hear them in game.
