I play on PS5 and I've noticed the past 2 days that I can't hear my teammates when I'm in lobby. They also cannot hear me. We have to go into our own playstation chat or Discord. I am able to hear them once we are in game, but it's very frustrating when you can't hear them in lobby. I've looked at all of my settings, and nothing has been changed. This has never happened before for me.
Hi, we’ve been unable to hear one another in the lobby for a few months now. It’s the same if we’re on cross platforms, Xbox and 2 PlayStations or even all on PlayStations. Is there a fix to this as I can’t find anything online? There are no mic’s showing in the lobby either. Once we enter the pick character screen we can hear one another but not before.
