I play on PS5 and I've noticed the past 2 days that I can't hear my teammates when I'm in lobby. They also cannot hear me. We have to go into our own playstation chat or Discord. I am able to hear them once we are in game, but it's very frustrating when you can't hear them in lobby. I've looked at all of my settings, and nothing has been changed. This has never happened before for me.

my friends and I can‘t hear each other in the lobby. I‘m playing on pc and they‘re playing on playstation. None of us even sees the speaker icon which indicates that there is an audio. This problem has been there for the past weeks now, we hoped that with the new update it would have been fixed but it’s still not working. What can we do?
