I play on PS5 and I've noticed the past 2 days that I can't hear my teammates when I'm in lobby. They also cannot hear me. We have to go into our own playstation chat or Discord. I am able to hear them once we are in game, but it's very frustrating when you can't hear them in lobby. I've looked at all of my settings, and nothing has been changed. This has never happened before for me.
I don’t know if there is something that can be done so that we can chat in lobby because PlayStation and Xbox can’t create party chats with each other.
