Cant invite or/and join to another squad (Apex Legends)

Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? I join the menu , my friend joins , and i invite him , but he cant accept it , and he does not have an option to invite , and were is his name , he just see ''player'' , he tried login out from origin , closing origin , but nothing

My opens ok , and i can play normal , but i cant join a friend squad , he have his group on open , but i cant , and in the menu , were is my character , there is no my name , i see ''Player'' , and when i go to friends , and i put my mouse on my friends name , there's only the option of look his profile , but not for join , and in the menu , at the sides of my character , there are like a plus sign , to invite , and when i click nothing happens , please help
